Video montages for class reunions

Your whole class, back on screen.

We turn your class yearbook into a video for the reunion. Every senior portrait is enhanced with AI and shown with the person’s name, along with the candid photos from those pages. Classmates email in pictures of their lives today. The committee doesn’t have to do the work.

$500 for a standard reunion video. Made for 25th, 40th, 50th reunions and beyond.

From a 50-year reunion

A 30-second excerpt from the film made for the University High School Class of 1976. At the reunion it played silently on a loop for the whole evening.

Video Wall Film. Title card, senior portraits as named photo cards, and full-screen yearbook candids. Excerpt, no sound.

Then & Now

A 12-second excerpt from a Granada Hills High Class of 1976 montage: one classmate’s yearbook portrait, followed by photos she sent in of her life today. Muted here; the full montage is set to music.

What you get

Everyone in the class, by name

Nobody has to dig through boxes or build a slideshow. The yearbook already holds the whole class. We turn it into a film.

A slide from the film: four yearbook senior portraits printed as white-bordered photo cards, each with the classmate's name underneath, over a softly blurred backdrop.
  1. Every senior portrait, named

Each graduate’s yearbook photo appears as a printed photo card with their name underneath, so people recognize each other across the room.

  2. The yearbook candids

Sports, clubs, homecoming, friends on the lawn. The candid pages run full screen with slow, gentle movement.

  3. Every portrait AI-enhanced

Old yearbook scans are grainy and soft. We enhance every yearbook photo with AI, sharpening and cleaning it up while keeping each face exactly as it was, so everyone looks clear and crisp on a big screen.

  4. Photos from today

Classmates email in their photos (family, travel, grandkids) and we place them next to their yearbook portrait.

  5. An In Memoriam tribute

Classmates who have passed are remembered in a quiet, respectful segment. You send us the names; we handle the rest with care.

  6. Ready to play, and to share

A video file that loops on a TV or projector at the event, plus a private link to send the class afterward.

How it works

Five steps, about three to four weeks

Here is exactly what happens from the first email to the night of the reunion.

  1. Your committee gets in touch

Tell us your school, class year and reunion date using the form below. We confirm the price (usually $500) and answer any questions.

  2. We get the yearbook

Send a PDF or scan if your class has one. If not, mail us a printed copy and we’ll scan it and send it back.

  3. Classmates email their photos

We set up a dedicated email address for your class. The committee shares it once, and classmates send their photos straight to us.

  4. We build it, you review it

We put the film together and send the committee a preview. Ask for changes (a misspelled name, a missing photo) and we make them.

  5. Delivered before the event

You receive the finished video file, ready to play on a loop, and a link to share with the class afterward.

Two styles

Pick the film that fits your evening

Both are made from your yearbook. Some classes choose one; some want both. These are our usual formats, and if you’d like something different, tell us and we’ll make it your way.

A full-screen yearbook candid from the film: five friends with their arms around each other, in a white photo border.

Video Wall Film

For screens around the room, playing all evening.

  • Silent and looping, so it never competes with conversation
  • Senior portraits as named photo cards over softly blurred backdrops
  • Full-screen yearbook candids with slow pan-and-zoom movement
  • Unhurried pacing with smooth transitions
  • Opens with a title card for your class; closes with In Memoriam and a final “Memories” card

Then & Now Montage

For a moment when everyone sits down and watches together.

  • Classmates in alphabetical order, each with their AI-enhanced yearbook portrait and name
  • Followed by the photos they send in: family, travel, life since graduation
  • Set to licensed music
  • The one people ask to watch again, and to share afterward

For reunion committees

Planning a reunion? This is one less thing on your list.

You already have the venue, the catering and the guest list to handle. The video shouldn’t be another project.

Standard price: $500 for the whole video.

What we need from you

  • A copy of the yearbook: a PDF, a scan, or a printed copy in the mail
  • One message to the class sharing the photo email address
  • The names of classmates who have passed, if you’d like an In Memoriam section
  • A look at the preview, and any corrections

What we take care of

  • Finding and naming every senior portrait in the book
  • Choosing the candid photos and enhancing every yearbook photo with AI
  • Collecting and sorting the photos classmates send
  • Editing, music, titles and transitions
  • The final file, formatted for your TV or projector, and the share link

Subject: An idea for our reunion: a yearbook video montage

Hi,

I came across Reunion Montage (reunionmontage.com). They make a video for class reunions from our own yearbook: every senior portrait with the person’s name, plus candid photos from the yearbook. Classmates can email in photos of their lives today, and there is a respectful In Memoriam section for classmates we’ve lost.

It plays on a loop on a TV or projector at the reunion, and we would get a link to share with the class afterward.

From what I can tell, the committee just needs to get them a copy of the yearbook and they handle the rest. It is $500, and there is a sample video at https://reunionmontage.com

Could we look into this for our reunion?

Thanks,
[your name]

Questions

Common questions

Don’t see yours? Email [email protected].

Do we need a digital copy of the yearbook?

No. A PDF or scan is great if someone in the class has one. If all you have is a printed yearbook, mail it to us. We scan every page and send the book back to you.

What about classmates who have passed away?

We can include an In Memoriam segment near the end of the film, using their yearbook portraits and names. It is kept simple and respectful. The committee gives us the list of names, and you see it in the preview before anything is final.

How do classmates send their current photos?

We set up a dedicated email address for your class. The committee shares it with everyone once, and classmates email their photos straight to us. Phone photos are fine. We match each person’s photos to their yearbook portrait.

How long does it take?

Plan on about three to four weeks from the time we receive the yearbook. If your reunion is sooner than that, ask us. A rush is often possible.

What exactly do we receive, and in what format?

A high-definition video file (MP4, 1080p) that plays on a TV, a projector or a laptop and can loop all evening, plus a link you can send to the class afterward so people can watch at home. If your venue needs a different format, tell us and we’ll match it.

Can we add music?

Yes. The Then & Now Montage is set to music, and the Video Wall Film can be too. We use properly licensed tracks so the video can be shown at your event and shared online without problems. Popular songs from your era usually can’t be licensed for this, so we choose music with a similar feel.

Is the video private?

Yes. The share link is unlisted: it doesn’t appear in search results, and only people who have the link can watch. You decide who gets it.

How much does it cost?

The standard price is $500 for a complete reunion video. A very large class, both styles together, or a rush deadline can change that, and we’ll always confirm the price with you before any work starts.
